Pasta and Co the Cookbook

Review: I had been looking for this book for many years and, thank you Amazon.com, finally found it here. I have both the Pasta and Company By Request and Encore books and they are my most used books in my kitchen. I had been using a couple of recipes from the Pasta and Company Cookbook for many years given to me by a friend who had the book. I am now looking forward to trying others. After moving from Seattle, I find that I am missing my frequent lunches at Pasta and Company. It is nice to know that I can easily make them at home!
