Review: This book is suitable for and useful to both beginners and the experienced cake decorator. If you have not used cutters before or would like some new ideas,this should prove helpful. It used European style fondant / sugarpaste medium. the tools used are basic though some cakes require the purchase of some 'patchwork cutters,' if you don't already have any. The illustrations and instructions are clear and easy to follow. Cookie cutters which are readily available in the United States could be used for some of the designs. It is full of useful ideas for it's modest price.
