Summary: A wonderful bread book.
Review: I bought this book to get me started in bread baking. It's wonderful - just enough introduction, non-intimidating recipes, delicious Old World breads. Even a trouble-shooting section. I started with Swiss Shepherd's Bread and haven't been able to buy supermarket bread since! There's nothing like baking your own. This book starts you out wonderfully.
