Review: I purchased this book over 20 years ago and it continues to be my favorite of its kind. The recipes for Hot and Sour soup, as well as "Happy Union" have been crowd pleasers over the years. I recently shared it with a chinese-american friend of mine, a superb cook, whose parents owned a restaurant, and he loved it! I am looking for a copy for him as a surprise. Enjoy!
