Rating: Summary: One of the Best Cookbooks I've Ever Used Review: This slim volume may qualify as the best cookbook I've ever used. I've tried about half of the recipes so far and have never been disappointed. Some standouts: Moroccan Bean, Sweet Potato and Coconut, Spiced Black Bean, Quick Gazpacho. From what I can tell, there are no "filler" recipes here. Each comes with a short comment that seems to show that Ms. Broderick has worked with these soups over many years. The recipes are practical, in that there are no excessively unusual ingredients, and are easy. Most important, they are delicious. I wish all cookbooks were like this -
