Summary: Best "non diet" diet book written
Review: Dr. Shintani gives a very detailed account of how diet effects our bodies. He discusses the benefits of eating the right foods and how they relate to our over all health. This book outlines what foods benefit and what foods hurt our health. Dr. Shintani backs up his statements with medical facts. I enjoyed the book and hope to be able to follow Dr. Shintani's guidelines.
