Review: I was very pleasantly suprised with this cookbook when a friend loaned it to us. This is a thoroughly updated Better Homes and Gardens effort. The recipes are easy to follow, but more importantly, full of fresh flavors and tastes influenced from a variety of sources. If your used to opening your old BH&G cookbook for your tried and true meatloaf or mac and cheese, be prepared! Lots of fresh vegetables, seafood and low fat alternatives make for one tasty recipe after another.
