Summary: quick and professional
Review: The recipes in this book are easy to prepare and very impressive to my guests. The book was recommended by a friend in Newport, Rhode Island. Apparently, Normand is a Rhode Island celebrity Chef who opened the first fine dining establishment in RI in the 1960's, and is still working to this day. Thank you Mr. Leclair for all your great efforts. James H.

Summary: A wonderful cookbook written about New England Seafood
Review: Three hundred recipes written about New England Seafood...The sole in Puff Pastry is especially great for that special dinner party. It can be prepared ahead of time and baked when you are ready to sit down for dinner.
