Summary: This is a great little book.
Review: I have had this book for several years.It is the most helpful that I have seen on fish and shellfish.It does not have a lot of recipes but the information on the different varieties of seafood and fish makes up for the number of recipes. As a Fisherperson, this book has been great to identify the different methods of cleaning and cooking my catch, whatever it is.I am happy to give it"Five Stars".
