Review: I am a seat of your pants kind of person and this book works for me in every way. I've tried several of the recipes and they stay true to the author's promise: they can be made in 30 minutes or less. My family has loved the food, and believe me, I have some picky eaters at my table. The cookbook is extremely user friendly and has many good tips. Because I don't set aside that much time to prepare meals, this cookbook allows me to do that, without guilt, and provides my family many tasty dinners!
