Summary: TOO SOPHISTICATED
Review: This book was a huge disapointment for me. It's done in a style that I can only describe as urban European sophisticated. The photos are very artsy and slick. There are too many ingredients called for that I couldn't find if I stood on my head: fromage blanc, petits-suisses, ribot milk...The main dishes are mostly disgusting to my pallette ("Roast Veal with Milk"?? Barf!), and many of the other recipes can't really be called "recipes" ("Bowl of Cereal with Milk & Dried Fruit"??)...

Not my cup of lactose....
