Review: This is without a doubt my favorite cookbook. I can't understand why it is out of print. Nothing is left up to interpretation.Great layout! Easy to follow explicit directions, impressive, unusual recipes, and best of all, a clear color picture of every completed dish. It's easy - but it doesn't taste easy. You'll use this cookbook.
