Rating: Summary: This book made cooking fun and reshaped our diets completely Review: After a heart attack in the family, I purchased this cookbook. I carry it with me to the store at all times and we have had great fun with these delicious easy meals!
Rating: Summary: Great Cookbook! Review: I got this cookbook as a wedding shower gift. I'm not much of a cook, so I thumbed through it and thought most of it looked too complicated. But over the last few years, I have tried most of the recipes in the book, and my husband and I have loved them. And they really are quite easy, especially the ones labeled "Super Quick." The pasta section is probably our favorite.I use a recipe from this cookbook at least once or twice a week, and I know that I am cooking something healthy and great tasting for my family. Get your hands on one!

Rating: Summary: Healthy Heart One-Dish Meals Review: In skimming the book through the eyes of someone who just had quadruple bypass surgery I was furious. I did not eat foods that cheese rich before I was diagnosed w/CAD. Beef, "Low-Fat" Cheese, Turkey Bacon and sour Cream do not belong on anyone's shelf who would buy this book based on it's title. Who did the nutrtional breakdown (ie Fat %), I find it questionable. As a pharmacist I do have some nutritional savy, the author obviously has none!
