Summary: Excellent Book!
Review: I have more than 30 books on Wine, and I've been collecting books specifically about matching Food & Wine for quite a long time. Well, this is one of the best! Besides having a great taste, Fiona does something you won't see anywhere else: she also writes about matching beer with food! Kriek (framboise beer) and Brie or Camembert is a combination made in Heaven, for instance. Simple and yet very well designed book, I loved it. I think I like it even better than Joana Simon's classic.
