Review: I love this cookbook! I first stumbled upon it while looking for a St. Louis-y gift for some German friends of mine who love to cook. It has since become my favorite cookbook. Whenever I want to prepare a special dinner, all I need to do is look through it. I'm not a terribly experienced cook, but I have never had a dish not turn out from any of these recipes. It also gives a little bit of St. Louis culture, without innundating the reader. AND, I appreciate the added benefit of knowing proceeds go to the Junior League of St. Louis. This fluke purchase of mine has become a favorite in my kitchen and a favorite gift to give.
