New Vegetarian Entertaining: Simply Spectacular Recipes

Review: While the number of recipes in this full-color cookbook is limited, the selections are wonderful. As a vegetarian, it's sometimes hard to find suitable menu ideas for entertaining, but this has me wanting to throw dinner parties. I've made about a third of them and have always been impressed. The roasted squash risotto has become a regular at our dinner table! But while the blue cheese phyllo rolls are good, they aren't very attractive--the cheese bubbles out of the corners, creating a tasty but unpresentable dish.
