Summary: What a great idea!
Review: I bought this book and tried it. It was fantastic! I only had to cook one meal a week, and had meals delivered to my front door the other days. I would highly recommend this idea. The book gave information on how to get a co-op started, so there was no guessing.

Summary: What a great idea!
Review: Tired of cooking every night? This book teaches how to start a Meals Co-Op with several other families---each cook only needs to cook one night during the week. On the other nights, dinner shows up at your door---prepared by someone else! The authors detail the steps necessary for setting up your own Meals Co-op with friends or neighbors. The book includes: frequently asked questions, tips on getting started, planning your meals, food safety (or, how NOT to make your neighbors sick!), recipes, questionaires, and more. I really like the concept. Homemade to Go is attractive, well laid out, and lots of fun. :-)
