Review: The recipes in this book are easy to follow. The results are yummy. The ingredients are not exotic or hard to find. The pictures only add to the book.

This is a basic cookbook for preparing meals using pasta. I have tried many of the recipes in this book and not one has failed me yet. Although it says these recipes are light, I don't find them difficult or time consuming to cook (as much low fat cooking is.) Also, I don't notice a lack of taste.

I plan each of my meals in advance so that I have the correct ingredients on hand. This is one cookbook that I constantly refer to for meal planning. If you can get your hands on this cookbook, I would suggest that you grab the opportunity.
