Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Good quality with a broad range of influences.
Review: I have had this book for about 4 years now,a good cook book with about 40 various chefs recipes from all over Europe,From a professional point of view the book is good for beginners-intermediate great for home cooks who want to impress guests with an unusual international dessert. All recipes come with step by step photographic steps so you can see how much to whip your meringue or the consistency that your mousse should be.At the beginning of each recipe theres a brief description about the region, chef and the ingredients being used so you learn a little about where the food is produced.Ingredient lists can look a little daunting at first but dont be afraid to replace the specified ingredients with local produce (despite what some chefs think your recipe wont be ruined if you have to use local walnuts rather than the specified french variety) have fun with the recipes and inter-change components to come up with something individual.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Amazing
Review: This book is such a great resource for recipies, ideas, and beautiful presentations. The photographs of each dessert are remarkable, and breathtaking. Since I purchased this book I have used many of the recipies with no problems.
