Summary: Not what I expected.
Review: This book is very small, and only contains 18 recipes. There are 72 pages, and half of them are about Poland, and it's culture. If you are looking for a book with a variety of polish recipes, to have a wonderful collection to choose from, this is not the book. There is 1 recipe per page, and some of the recipes are very basic, such as steamed vegetable with sauce, and noodles with poopyseeds on top. It is not worth what I paid.
