Summary: THE best southern cookbook
Review: I've cooked most everything in this book, and haven't found a dud yet. For true southerners like myself, or anyone just interested in the culture ... the traditional (Sawmill Gravy or Strawberry-Pretzel Salad) and the nouveau (Scalloped Pineapple or Chastain Chicken )are well represented here!
