Review: I picked this book up from a bargain bookstor for [money]. I figured I couldn't go too wrong. The book is very solid, with a nice introduction to the regions and cuisines of Italy.

Most of the recipes are very simple. There are a few instances where I am unfamiliar with an ingredient, or its simply unavailable in MN.

All in all a very solid, easy recipe book.
