Review: This book is very well done, well laid out and the quality of the graphics are absolutely amazing. A great companion to have if your profession or hobby calls for baking, cooking, etc. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I find a few fruits missing from the book. Granted some of these are unusual fruits, but thats the reason to buy a book like this. No regrets buying it whatsoever, but I wish it had fruits, such as: Guarana
