Review: If you are looking for your first book on ice-cream making this is an excellent choice. Easy to follow recipes that have been well tested -- I haven't had a problem with one yet. All your basic ice creams are covered here. And, of course, to go with the ice cream -- cakes. A really good basic book. Would make a nice wedding gift if you bought some cake pans & an ice cream maker.
