Review: This is the best cookbook I have ever owned!The Cookie Queen's recipes are delectable and her prose is enchanting. This is a real "feel good" book. Pat Condelli is the only writer that could make even me want to cook! I love her soups - they are great for cold weather get-togethers. Last week I impressed my friends with her cream of potato soup, and my boyfriend is always begging me to make her Fontina onion soup for him! Her breakfast bake is delicious! I am planning a special dinner in early December just for an excuse to open her cookbook one more time - and to feast on the Queen's stuffed eggplant! Buy it! You won't regret it! It is entertaining and so easy-to-use that even the worst cook could make a royal feast in under an hour!
