Review: Most special attention to your private table that makes, the ambience of the dinner so special! The waiters and waitresses are all very well polished in their serving etiquette. We were quite impressed by the chef who waited for our son to arrive from Washington University an hour "late" to our reservation time! Our visits to St. Louis have always been with The Ritz Carlton,and we have always enjoyed our stays as we intend to continue in the future. Special applauds to Christine Chamberlin who has made our stays extremely comfortable to our special requests. We particuraly asked for our deluxe room accommodations to be upgraded to CLUB FLOOR and the amenities offered there for the November 22, 23 & 24th Parents Weekend at WashU., but alas, the floors were already taken. (We are hoping for a cancellation nonetheless).

Summary: The best cookbook I own
Review: When I bought this years ago, I thought it was very expensive for the amount of content. Boy was I wrong! This cookbook has the best recipes that I own. It's what I use anytime I'm trying to impress my guests. They are mostly easy to follow and they are consistently excellent. I wish they had a 2nd edition!
