Review: I had originally found a copy of this book while traveling in Spain, and I really liked it. The English translation is good, and it includes traditional Spanish dishes such as Tortilla Espanola, Paella, Gazpacho, Patatas al alioli, Churros y chocolate and more... The directions given are simple, and conversions from the metric have been included. The one thing I really liked about the book was the pictures. It includes beautiful color photographs of selected recipes. Though this is a small paperback book, I feel that it is inclusive of many traditional and well-known dishes from various regions of Spain.
