Summary: Excellent cookbook
Review: I can't say enough good things about this book. I bought it randomly a few years ago, and it became an instant hit. It has a vast assortment of recipes, all by well-known cooks, and all have been excellent. The book has several different recipes for every holiday dish, from simple to fancy. If you're tired of buying the new style cookbooks with one recipe per page with obscure ingredients and glossy pictures, try this one. It's the one cookbook in my entire collection that I am always lending out. It's excellent!
