Summary: The Butter Bars Rock!
Review: My fiancee received this book as a shower gift and showed it to me as a not so subtle hint that I better learn to make fast and healthy meals. I don't have much experience in the kitchen, so I especially liked the variety of recipes and shopping list of key ingredients (and their substitutions). Also, we have been doing more entertaining and the appetizers have been extremely popular. Plus, many selections are easy to make in advance. I never thought I would be writing about a cookbook, but after my first batch of butter bars I had to.
