Summary: Excellent! Practical! Makes a Great Gift!
Review: Do you love corn? Is it one of the few vegetables that you, or your kids will eat? Do you think the only way to prepare corn is on the cob, or from a can with cream and lima beans? You are in for a pleasant surpise with this book. All the recipies are easy to prepare and delicious to eat. "Plain" will be a word you will never use again to describe corn dishes when you prepare the recipes in this book. Pat Mack has also made this book a fun read by offering personal anecdotes and stories. The information on how to grow your own corn is a delight, and would make a super family project in the summer. Imagine a childs face when eating the corn that they grew and nurtured themselves! This book is also a fabulous gift for the those folks that we all know and love but are difficult to buy for or as a super hostess gift when visiting friends. Everyone should have this book on their kitchen shelf!
