Summary: Not so quick, and not so easy...
Review: This cookbook is NOT quick and NOT easy. The recipes are in no way easier to do than your average dessert cookbook. In addition to this, the book has other problems. First of all, it lacks a personal tone. There is no "voice of the writer" , no foreword, nor even a few words description of each recipe. Another problem is , that some of these recipes have alredy appeared in other cook books. I wouldn't bother with this book, there are much better chocolate cook books out there!
