Review: I'm not sure what that other review was talking about, but it appears to be drug-induced. Certainly the person has never actually read the book.

Likely this is just another attack on co-author John Bear. He regularly gets attacked for his other books (on distance learning).

This book is well worth the price of admission, particularly if you're looking for something different and unique.

Summary: I was UNIMPRESSED with this book
Review: To be honest, I wish I had not spent my money. Any kitchen cookbook has many of the recipes found in this.

From reading it, I would not say that Marina Bear American as many of the ingredients of the "unusual" recipes simply cannot be found in your local store so the book is a waste of money.

Perhaps if you lived in Mongolia, it would be of some use.

My 2 cents.
