Review: The book indeed is to be cherished for its simple and easy to make recipes. The desserts I tried turned out perfectly in the first go - Beginner's Luck or actually the well demonstrated recipes from the book. The measurements and ingredients are given in familiar terms that even a beginner can understand. What I did not like about the book however, was the lack of enough photographs accompaying each recipe. Overall a great tool to have in the "kitchen tool-kit" for a fun and easy change from the store bought desserts.
