Review: I enjoy this book every Passover season! I have had the book for several years now, and every Passover I dazzle the relatives with delicious desserts that make everyone say "This can't be matza!" The cookies are exceptional, as are the tarts. The lasagne is also tasty! For something new this Passover season, try Matza 101!

Review: This is a great cookbook. It is full of ideas of things you can make from matza. For those of us who observe the week of Pesach, this is full of new and different ideas. Special favorites are the chips, blintzes, and tart shells. The pictures are clear and give you a good idea of what the finished product should look like.
