Review: I actually picked up this book in a local bookstore. But I've since then recommended it to many friends. The book is well thought out, recipes are creative, attractive, and easy to read. It's hard to mess up a recipe! Ingrediants are common but with a twist. The casserole recipes are especially hardy and fairly inexpensive to prepare. The fruit-based desserts are wonderful and I always get compliments on them. I highly recommend this book, especially when your old recipes get tired. The time-saving tips offer alternatives and ways to make ahead.
