Review: I received this book as a birthday gift because of my love of cooking. The begining of this book is the funniest thing I've ever read in my life. Although pictures would have been nice, I enjoyed the many chapters and funny little comments from the Chef/Author throughout the book. This cookbook is a must for the "Newlywed" couple. Great book for men too.

Review: Thank you Chef Ray for writing this book. I bought it as a Birthday gift for my husband and boy oh buy....did it work. I have never eaten such a great home cooked meal in my life. My husband surprised me when I came home from work with candles, music, and a great Lobster dish from your book. They should call you the Romance Chef. My reccomendation to anyone thinking about buying this book is buy it now! There are no color pictures in this book and my husband still could make it.
