Review: I have had this book in my collection for several years and have found it easy to use and informative. Good information is shared about how cookbooks began and how they have evolved. Would have liked to see more prices for the ones that are discussed, but that is my only qualifier. For those of us that love and collect cookbooks, it is a must have for their shelves.
