Summary: Love the peppermint creams
Review: So far I haven't been game enough to try out any of the other recipes but if I ever have to cook a dessert I will use this book. The peppermint creams are a real treat. Some of the recipes require quite a few different ingredients, flours, etc., but they allow "sensitive gourmets" to have some scrumptious treats!
