Review: This book is an absolute must if you are into Italian cooking (or even if you just slightly interested). The recipes are delicious and the instructions easy to follow. A cute little intro leads you into each recipe and nutritional data is provided. Of particular interest is the almond biscotti and various pasta sauces. After having made over one-half of the recipes in this book, I can tell you that this cookbook is one you will use again and again.
