Review: This book is a must for anyone who enjoys good food. I use this book on a regular basis around our house, the whole family loves it. The republican donuts are the kids favorite! This book has it all from the Chile Rellenos to the Egg Foo Yung. You will never run out of great recipes. The other great thing about this book is the mixed drink section. Although I don't drink friends of mine have borrowed this book and made what I have been told some spectacular drinks from it. This book contains sections on Appetizers, Pies, Pie Crusts, Poultry & Eggs, Salads, Seafood, Side Dishes, Soups, Stews, & Chili, Jerky & Smoked Fish, Meats, Breads, Desserts, Cookies and many more wonderful sections. I have an extensive cookbook collection and this is by far one of my favorites, if not THE Favorite!!!
