Review: I picked up this book a while ago. It has a lot of really authentic Chinese recipes. I know that because my mother, who is Chinese, scours different cookbooks. In a recent visit, she saw this book and told me she wanted a copy.

The recipes in here seem to be non-Cantonese if that helps you.
