Review: I am so filled with joy when I saw this cookbook at your site. It is the same one(11th edition) that my grandmother has cooked from for years. She is not lebanese, but my grandfather is and he loves her cooking. It has your basic kibbe, tabouli, and hummus recipes, as well as more complex and wondeful recipes. I have ordered it and would like to thank you once again, this is the best Lebanese cookbook made...and ya'll have it...thanks!

Review: My aunt gave me a copy of this book one year for Christmas, and I've found it is the one of the only cookbooks I ever consult. I grew up eating Lebanese food and have come to appreciate it more by cooking all the things my mom never had time to teach me how to make. This is a great book for those who grew up with this cuisine, as well as those interested in trying out healthy "Mediterranean" cooking.
