Review: I really enjoy this book. It has a great easy-to-read layout without too many confusing recipes. The recipes are user friendly but also geared to a somewhat sophisticated palette. I also usually have most ingredients on hand. I love the Baked Potato Soup! You will enjoy the pictures too.
