Review: I recently purchased this cookbook and much to my surprise, none of the recipes I have tried come out as they are intended to. The proportions of ingredients are very out of balance causing the recipes to lack the consistency and flavor they should have. I would not recommend anyone purchase this book. I have had a lot of frustrations from trying recipes that only end up failing - not to mention the wasted time and ingredients. The only satisfaction I have from this cookbook is the exhiliration of throwing the finished product off my deck and into the woods.
If you want a good cookbook that actually works, purchase "The Martha Stewart Living Cookbook" - every recipe in that book is correct and delicious.
