Review: Surprisingly, this is a delightful book! I have never read a more eloquently written cookbook--Ms.Snowday is apparently not only an excellent cook, but a talented writer as well. She artfully describes her dishes and throughout the book, relates colorful and charming anecdotes about the pet cats that mystify her, frustrate her, and ultimately endear her to them. The book is also littered with amusing and often startlingly beautiful photographs of her own cats and friends' cats. And of course, the recipes ARE delicious, I have tried practically every one--they are sophisicated, gourmet and innovative.... This cookbook is an invaluable bible of sumptuous recipes for cat-lovers and non-cat-lovers alike. Would make a marvelous and original gift!
