Review: Sections on bread of the world, bread by hand and machine breads, this has recipes for any type of bread i would want to make.
I've tried about a dozen recipes, even making rolls with the loaf recipes and all have been outstanding. I even made a french sourdough that was bakery worthy!
I suggest reading through the entire book as it contains tips and tricks throughout. Also, with machine recipes, watch at first for consistency in case you need to add a bit of water or flour. Just took my carmelized onion rolls out of the oven...yum!
