Review: This cookbook contains ever possible use for the green leafy things that everyone has a patch of in their backyard. I grew up on these recipes and I highly recommend this book of delicious treats. Although I may be a little biased being the son of the author.

Review: This is one of the most fun cookbooks I own. Jeanne has compiled a copy of every imaginable Rhubarb recipe! I haven't tried any that were not wonderful! My favorite is the Crustless Rhubarb Custard Pie! What a lifetime it would take to collect all of these tried and true recipes! I absolutely love my book and have given it as a gift to a friend, who loves it as much! If you like rhubard, you will LOVE this book, and even if you don't, you might change your mind after trying some of these recipes!!
