Review: This Caribbean based book put out by Sunny Caribbee Spice co. in Tortola, BVI is a joy to use and read. The theme is keep it simple but tasty. Substitue spices are listed in the event that you do not have Sunny Caribbee products ( which you should have in your pantry anyway !) Bravo !
