We read Higher Choices and then tried some of the recipes and Janet Lasky was right! You can eat healthier and still have good tasting food.

Her recipes for Italian Meat Sauce and Home Fries were easy to make and tasted great!

We are somewhat fussy eaters but now we can use many of Janet's recipes, substitute a few items we can't live without and still eat much healthier than ever before.

Her book has made a difference in the way we eat and we now have an even healthier outlook on life.
