Review: I used this book last year for my family's Thanksgiving dinner, and everyone raved about how wonderful the meal was. Little did they know that I spent hardly any time in the kitchen that day, and everything had come out of the freezer ... even the turkey! I actually enjoyed Thanksgiving myself for once. Usually I feel like the only thing I have to be thankful for is that I juggled all the food items successfully and survived another long "feast day" in the kitchen. But now I know that I'll be thankful for so much more each holiday season ... especially thankful that I bought this little booklet. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it's pretty small for the money, BUT it's definitely worth it. :-)
